MY ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS*

As a recipient of this scholarship, I acknowledge my commitment to fulfilling the requirement of actively participating in the various events and programs provided through this scholarship program.

I understand and acknowledge that attendance is mandatory, and I am dedicated to making the most of these opportunities.:

I must attend the Making the Most of College Workshop on Saturday, July 12, 2025
I must attend Dream Big Fiesta on Thursday, May 29, 2025.
I must participate in the Lead to Succeed Series.
I must participate in peer mentorship and professional mentorship.
I understand failure to comply with the above-mentioned requirements may result in forfeiture of my scholarship.

HIGHLY ENCOURAGED EVENTS TO ATTEND:*

It is imperative for students to actively participate in the events and programs made accessible to them through the scholarship program, ensuring they make the most of the opportunities provided.

I am expected to attend the Summer Get Together and Holiday Reception

KHEDF may use the name, photograph, video, and/or written statements of 2025 scholarship recipients in promotional materials, social media, press releases, and other media to highlight and celebrate their achievements.
