The Career Readiness Manager is responsible for equipping KHEDF Scholars with career skills, employer connections, and workforce readiness. This role manages career development programming, internships, and employer partnerships that prepare students to transition successfully into the Kansas workforce.

The College Readiness Manager will report to the Executive Director and be responsible for leading KHEDF’s college access and scholarship support, ensuring high school students are equipped to successfully transition from high school to post-secondary education. This role will oversee hands-on college advising, FAFSA, scholarship support, family and student engagement.

The Digital Access Program Coordinator plays a critical role in expanding KHEDF’s mission by increasing digital inclusion and technology access for Hispanic students and families across Southwest Kansas. This part-time position leads the implementation of digital literacy programs, device distribution initiatives, and community-based workshops designed to close the digital divide and support educational and career success. The Coordinator will collaborate with schools, colleges, workforce partners, and community organizations to ensure participants receive the tools, training, and ongoing support needed to confidently navigate online learning, essential services, and modern workplace technology. This role requires residency in Southwest Kansas, Garden City strongly preferred. The ideal candidate brings strong communication and relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and a passion for empowering underserved communities through the KHEDF programs.
